- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 sticks margarine
Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp. soda; stir well. Pour over popped corn. Stir well. Put in large roaster. Stir in 15 minutes. Use 8 qts. popped corn. Bake 1 hour at 200 degrees F. Add peanuts, if desired.
