Caramel Rice Krispie Cookies
This is a great kid-friendly treat! Great for after school snacks and also to take to school with them in their lunch!
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. caramels (about 42)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pkg large marshmallows
- 1 box Rice Krispie cereal
Directions:
In double boiler, melt the caramels, margarine and milk. When smooth, dip in the marshmallow to cover completely with caramel mixture. Roll in Rice Krispies. Let cool slightly and form into compact ball. Freezes well.
