Carrot Salad

This salad has an outstanding dressing!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions:

Cut carrots in 1 inch chunks. Cook and drain. Cool. Cut pepper and onion up fine. Mix last 6 ingredients in blender or mixer. Pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate. Keeps well for several days.
