What would be a fun, nice way to have a rehearsal dinner without breaking the bank?
By patty from Plymouth, MN
My favorite rehearsal dinner was one that involved both families and wedding party meeting up after the rehearsal at the local bowling alley. Bride and groom ordered pizza and soda (alcohol was available from bowling alley for purchase by guests if they chose) and because we had such a large group we were able to get cheap per person rates that we all kicked in for. A great time was had by all. (01/05/2010)
I have been to several that were nicely done yet very simple.
You could try having a cookout if the weather permits. A pizza party could also be fun.
Another inexpensive idea is to have it at your house or a close relatives home and serve something simple. (Spaghetti, garlic bread, a nice salad, and cheesecake for dessert) (01/07/2010)
