- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups milk
- 3 cups shredded American cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Cook carrots and celery in margarine over low heat until tender. Stir in flour. Add broth and salt. Then add cheese and milk. Heat through.
