My husband loves most anything made with cherries! This salad is great!
- 1 can crushed pineapple (8oz.)
- 1 pkg. cherry gelatin (3oz.)
- 1 can cherry pie filling (21oz.)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup. Bring to a boil in saucepan. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice mixture. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firm.
