Here you will find a great dish. It's full of flavor and not salty, even though I used a few seasonings.

Total Time: 30 min

Yield: 4 if two wings each

Source: myself

  • 1-2 lb chicken wings
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • adobo seasoning
  • Lawry's seasoning salt
  • garlic powder
  • Caribbean seasoning

  1. I washed a few chicken wings, and added onion, bell pepper and seasoning. All of the seasonings in my image are just a few sprinkles each, not enough to do anything but add awesome flavor to the meal.
  2. I started the slow cooker on high and turned it down to simmer on low, until the meat was almost off the bone.

Good eating to you. Most of the seasonings can be found where they sell Island seasoning.

Serves 4 persons

Lightly EVO a baking dish. Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Lightly pour a little EVO on chicken breasts. Slice roasted peppers in to strips and place strips on each chicken breast at an angle. Sprinkle some fresh minced garlic on each chicken breast. Add fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Cut bacon strips in half and place 2 or three strips crossing the red peppers on the chicken breasts. Then sprinkle with the Smoke Paprika. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20- minutes or until the chicken is done. Don't over cook or chicken will be dry. Serve on fresh baked Rosemary Focaccia surrounded by Field Greens.

Google the topic and see what you find. Also some cook books have quantities for large amounts of food.

I was given a chicken recipe at the checkout the other day for chicken, stovetop gravy, Italian dressing, and frozen peas. I can't find it and wanted to try this. If you have this or know where I can find it please let me know.

2 tsp. oil

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast

3 cups frozen peas

1 jar (12oz) Heinz Homestyle Chicken Gravy

1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

1 pkg (6oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for chicken

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 minutes or until each piece is browned on both sides, turning after 3 minutes.

Stir in peas, gravy and dressing; bring to a boil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

Spoon stuffing over meat mixture around edge of skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until stuffing is heated through & meat is done.

I received this at a grocery store, too. I plan to modify the recipe just a bit by cutting the chicken into bite-size pieces.
