Chris' Apple Bread

My husband makes this bread for my 5 year-old often. It's a family favorite and never lasts long. As you can see, someone stole a slice before we could even get a picture :).

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar (we like to substitute 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup sugar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups finely chopped apple (we use the peeler/corer/slicer to make quick work of this)

This looks delicious. I'm giving you a thumbs up as I will be making this with my gluten free flour ASAP and I'm sure it will be good.
