Cranberry Cake
This is such a festive cake for either Thanksgiving or Christmas and so moist. My son who does not care much for cranberries, likes this cake. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until slightly thickened and light in color, about 5 minutes.

Applesauce Cake
Cream shortening and sugar together. Add eggs. Beat well stir in applesauce and add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Oh So Good Gum Drop Cookies
Cream sugars, shortening, eggs and vanilla. Shift flour, salt, and soda together spoon into the creamed mixture and mix well. Add the cut up gum drops and chopped nuts.

Dipped Cherry Cookies
Something different for Christmas treat. In a large bowl, combine flour and 1/2 cup sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Knead in the cherries, 2/3 cup white chocolate and extract until dough forms a ball.

Elegant Cream Puff Dessert Wreath
Happy Holidays from Food Frenzie! Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat; bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until dough comes together. Remove from heat; let cool 5 minutes.

Holiday Fudge Bars
Mix the graham crackers, baking powder, salt, condensed milk, nuts and chocolate chips together. Spread on a greased 9x9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove the fudge from the oven and while it is still warm, take out small amounts of it and roll it into balls.

Dressed-Up Gingerbread
Prepare gingerbread according to instructions on package, substituting 1/4 cup orange juice for same quantity of water. Add orange rind, coffee and mace.

Date Christmas Cake
Chop fruit. Break nuts into pieces (not too small). Roll fruit and nuts in flour, which has been sifted with baking powder. Beat eggs and sugar until thick, then add to fruit and nuts. Bake in an angel food pan or 2 loaf bread pans, greased.
