Caramels
Great for making at Christmas! In heavy duty 3 or 4 qt. pan, combine all ingredients except vanilla. Mix and stir constantly until 248 degrees F (Use candy thermometer). Once it boils, turn heat down a little, but keep it boiling.

Christmas Fudge
In a bowl, chop the Hershey bar into pieces and add the chocolate chips, nuts and marshmallow cream. In a 5 qt. pan, bring the sugar, milk, vanilla and salt to a boil. Let cook for 3 minutes and no longer.

Ultimate Chocolate Peanut Cookie
Take 4 squares of chocolate, melt 2 minutes. Stir for 2 minutes more or until melted. Add 3 - 4 drops of peppermint. Can add more to the next batch if you want a stronger taste of peppermint.

Three Holiday Fudges
All three fudges start the same way: line an 8x8-inch pan with a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil large enough to hang over the edges. Grease heavily with butter. Set aside.

Jello Popcorn Balls
Take 1 cup of light corn syrup and 1/2 cup of sugar. Bring to hard boil. Add 1 small (3 oz.) box of Jello (dry) to syrup. Mix well. Pour over 4-5 Quarts of pop corn. Mixture will be HOT. Cool slightly and grease your hands. Form balls the size you like. Wrap each one in saran wrap to keep soft.
