Pecan Pie
Beat eggs well and to this add the melted margarine, syrup, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, flour, and salt; mix well. Add pecans and put into pie shell (unbaked); bake at 350 degrees F until filling is set, about 45 minutes.

Holiday Eggnog Pie
Combine pudding mix, eggnog, milk and nutmeg in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into pie shell. Cover surface of pie filling with plastic wrap.
