Cinnamon Chips with Fruit Salsa

Yummy, yummy as a side for breakfast or as a snack!

Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 cups fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 large orange, peeled, finely chopped and seeds removed
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Advertisement

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Combine the first five ingredients for the salsa in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Brush tortillas with butter and cut into eight wedges per tortilla. Place wedges on non greased baking sheets. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes or just until crisp. Serve with the fruit salsa.
