Cleaning Houseplants Easily

Bronze Tip Medal for All Time! 86 Tips

Clean house plant leaves using a sock. Slip your hand into the sock. You are able to clean the top and bottom of the leaves at the same time. I always use milk to clean the leaves. Makes them really shiny.

The socks are good, but please leave the milk in the fridge. The leaves may look shiny at first, but the milk spoils, attracts bugs, and promotes disease. You may need to use some mild soap and water now to wash off the gunk, but after that, just use the socks dry once a week or every other week.
