Cleaning Ink Out of a Dryer

How do you remove pen ink from your clothes dryer? Hubby said it will not hurt anything else as it is baked on, but I am afraid it will. Thanks.

Please make sure that if you use anything flammable to get the ink out, you clean the dryer well with soap and warm water to remove the flammable cleaner. (03/13/2009)
