What is the best way to clean my laminate floor after new construction? The floor appears to have a dull finish?

Most laminate floors have a rather dull finish so that's normal. Never clean laminate floors with anything other than vinegar and water solution or use cleaning products that the floor manufacturer recommends. If you use anything else and something goes wrong, the manufacturer will void your warranty. (11/02/2010)

Cleaning Laminate Floors

The best way to clean laminate wood floors is Windex. Spray Windex on the floor use a dry, clean, microfiber mop to wipe up the Windex. It will clean and make the floor shine without streaking. Do not use Orange Glo on laminate floors. It is designed for regular dull finish hardwood floors and will leave a film on the floor. (01/12/2011)
