No cheap or easy way to fix the odor and stain. In two houses we bought a few years ago, we ended up replacing the entire house floor because their dogs had vomited, urinated etc., in every room! Each time, the prior owners had recarpeted, hoping we would not notice the awful smell! We filed small claims actions against each owner and the judge found in our favor each time. But what a pain-had just moved in and had to remove all to refloor!!!
