Cleaning the Plug on a Toro Wheel Horse Mower?

I own a Toro Wheel Horse. My dealer put an ethereal switch on the fuel line. I forgot to turn off the switch last time. Now the engine won't start. Last time the dealer cleaned plug. Where is plug located and how do I get to it?
