We are moving and I am trying to get things clean for the next tenants. I was very discouraged trying to get the glass shower stall clean. My friend told me to use toilet bowl cleaner. I couldn't believe it. It worked wonderfully.
I am having a very hard time with keeping stains away in the bathroom. It's a green color that keeps reappearing as soon as it dries where I have cleaned. It's in the bath tub and around the handles on the sink.
I cleaned the shower with bleach and left it on too long. Now I can't get the stain off. I tried vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. Then scrubbed with bleach again. It was a no go. Can anyone help?
Use dryer sheets to scrub the tub. Wet the tub down, and use an already used dryer sheet. For tough rings, you can use an unused sheet. It works so good.
My entire shower is tiled. There is a residue that turns pinkish and responds to over the counter and homemade cleaners. However, the ceiling tile grout turns dark gray and nothing I've tried gets it clean. Aside from straight bleach, what else should I try?
There are times that I have a problem with scum in my bathroom, whether it is on my sink, tub or toilet. Some of the bathroom cleaners do not work that well.
