I never buy dishwasher soap anymore. I buy a large box of 20 mule team borax, a large baking soda, and a large bottle of white vinegar. I keep them on hand just for dishwasher soap.
Some of you have posted that you use vinegar in the dishwasher as a rinse agent (rather than products like Jet Dry). I'd like to do that too, but I need more information. With Jet Dry, you just put the product in the dishwasher once a month or something like that. Is that what you do with the vinegar?
How can I make Gumamela extract be an ingredient for dishwashing liquid? Can you please give me the steps and recipe on how to do it? I will be very grateful.
I used to have a formula to clean the brown stuff off baking dishes. I think it had peroxide in it. I tried a few combos but just can't remember what it was.
Can OCTAGON bar soap be made into a liquid DISH soap without adding any harsh ingredients? It is great at the kitchen sink and would be even better if I could use it in a pump bottle. It doesn't crack my fingertips like the store-bought liquids do, cleans greasy things and smells nice, too.
