| Washing Dry Clean Only Clothes
I purchased a rayon/linen tunic, long sleeve shirt that states you have to dry clean it. Can Woolite be used to hand wash this? Are there any other solutions instead of the fortune and inconvenience of taking it to a dry cleaners all the time? Thank you.

MY husband's shirts used to come back from the cleaners with a foul underarm odor, then I read a tip somewhere about spraying underarms of shirts with vinegar water before washing.

I had a bright white, dry clean only, dress dry cleaned. It is now off-white. The dry cleaners would not claim any responsibility or help with the dress.

My Husband wears dress shirts quite regularly throughout the week, and I always take them to the dry cleaners. but the dry cleaner hasn't been able to get out the ring around the collar. Should I expect him to? Is he not doing what is expected of him?

| Removing Smells from Plastic Containers
Here's something I just learned, if you have plastic that has like an onion smell or something wad up newspaper and put it into the container and then close it up for a day and the smell will be gone. Also newspaper is the best way to clean windows and mirrors, streak free.

| Spots on Clothing: Tell the Dry Cleaner Everything
It is costly to ruin an expensive piece of clothing by cleaning it improperly. If you have tried to remove a spot before taking the garment to a dry cleaner, make sure you let the cleaners know what you have already tried. It can make a difference in how they will treat the spot. It is always a good idea to air out dry cleaned garments in your garage or a spare room so the left over gases can escape. Take them out of the dry cleaning bag and let them air out for 24 hours, before hanging in the closet.
