Removing Pine Tree Sap
To remove pine sap from the painted surfaces and the windows of your car. Use a product called PB Blaster. This is rust loosening aerosol that can be purchased at most auto parts stores.

Extending the Life of SOS Pads
For many years I have been extending the life of SOS cleaning pads. The very first thing I do is get one of my recycled small plastic containers, one that has a good lid, and is big enough to easily cover the SOS pad.

There are times that I have a problem with scum in my bathroom, whether it is on my sink, tub or toilet. Some of the bathroom cleaners do not work that well.

Used Dryer Sheets to Wipe Down Dog
I keep my used dryer sheets in a tissue box, and when my dogs come in from being outside (especially from the rain) I wipe them down with a dryer sheet. It still has some fragrance and removes loose hair.

Cleaning Nicotine (Cigarette Smoke) Off Walls
I rented a home where we all smoked for ten years and the walls were terribly stained. I used bleach as well as many different things. I found the easiest way to clean and deodorize was to use white vinegar and water with a mop.

Stretching Liquid Hand Soap
To make the soap last longer, I keep spare bottles and thin the soap down with water, usually 1 part soap to not quite 3 parts water.
