Clothing Dye Transferred in the Wash?

I washed a load of laundry with mostly lighter colors and accidentally had a pair of blue jeans in there. Well, long story short, my favorite pair of off white are now a nasty dirty white/blue, and my brand new light pink shirt now has a dirty tint and isn't the pretty light pink. Unfortunately, they had already been dried before I noticed. Is there any way to get my clothes back to their normal color?

You can try the Rit Color Grabber, but it may be too late if you have already dried the clothing
