- 1 head cabbage
- 1 green pepper
- 1 med. onion
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Chop or shred cabbage, green pepper, and onion. Mix together. Bring to a boil the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and celery seed. Pour over the cabbage mixture. Keeps in the refrigerator for a week.
