Installing New Sinks
By Dennis Fitter
Replacing a sink in your home is a fairly quick and easy job. Look for a new sink roughly the same size as you are replacing so you will not have to change the size of the countertop cut-out. Check under your sink and if you see water shut off valves on the hot and cold lines running to the faucet, you're in luck.

Installing Baseboard Moldings and Trim
By Dennis Fitter
Base moldings are installed to cover the gap between the floor and the wall. Laminate and wood flooring for example, is installed about half an inch away from the wall, so there is always a measurable gap to cover. Newly tiled or carpeted floors can be trimmed out by adding a simple quarter round molding to existing baseboards.
