Marzipan Garnish
Marzipan is not just used for cake decorating. You can buy premade sheets of marzipan and use them the same way you would use modeling clay to make any shape you want. Marzipan looks great garnishing any kind of cake or cookie.

Cranberry Garnish
Threading whole cranberries on a spears or toothpicks makes a nice garnish for a cheese tray. You could also use these as swizzle sticks in crantinis or to spear the top of a turkey sandwich.

Build Your Pond Close To Your Home
If possible it is a better idea to locate a garden pond closer to your home rather than far away. Ponds are like swimming pools - they attract wild critters, pets and also the neighborhood children. If it is where you can keep an eye on it, it is also easier for you to respond to emergencies or shut the power off on the fountain if necessary.

Keep Roots From Damaging Your Pond's Lining
When trying to determine where to situate your pond, try not to situate the pond liner too near any young trees. People often forget that these trees will grow larger over time and the risk is that the roots will grow towards the water source and eventually puncture the pond's lining!

Making a Lacy Pattern on a Cake
To make a lacy pattern out of icing sugar for the top of a cake simply take a doily, place it over the top of the uniced cake and sprinkle the icing sugar over it. Lift the doily gently and you have an elegantly decorated cake.

Divide the women up into teams of two each. Blindfold each pair and put a bib on both of them. Give them each a pudding cup and tell them they must feed each other. The pair of women who can feed each other fastest without spilling any pudding anywhere win.

Baby Truth or Consequences (Baby Shower Game)
In this game guest must answer True or False questions about the mom-to-be correctly. If they answer incorrectly they must pick an absurd task to do from a diaper pail. These tasks could be things like singing a song, reciting a nursery rhyme or rubbing their belly and patting the top of their head at the same time.
