I have a 9 to 10 year old desktop running Windows XP which I disconnected in order to move furniture. When I reconnected it, it won't work.

| Coating on Computer Monitor Scratched

My computer screen has a film on it that has gotten scratched or scuffed over time. The glass is fine, it is the thin film covering that is coming off. Maybe it is an anti-glare coating? I have tried to remove it with acetone, ammonia, Goof Off, and gas. Help. Nothing works.

| Reinstalling F2 and F12 Options in Bios

I have a Dell Dimension computer E310 with Windows XP Media center. After I turn on the computer, the monitor shows on the top right corner F2 (setup) and F12 (boot). If you want to get Bios F2 has to be pressed on the keyboard to
get into Bios setup.

| Retrieving Lost Pictures on a Computer

I have Picasa on my computer for my pictures. It was upgraded to Picasa3 and I used it for a day. The next time I came to use it, all but 4 pictures are gone and I can't figure out how to get them back. Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks.

| Computer's F11 Key Doesn't Work

My F11 button on my computer does not work 99% of the time. Because of recent updates on my computer, most of the time the box to write the chat in while playing games is all but cut off. The button doesn't work unless by chance. There is a link to do it another way, but that is only on screens with the tool bars at the top. The game page doesn't have those links. Anyone have any other suggestions? If we get the screen to enlarge , it surprises us so much we don't remember how we did it.
