YOu can use colored tissue paper and pipe cleaners. YOU can also use different colored poster board. YOu cut different petal shapes and array them from a central region and glue them down.

YOu can take cotton balls and dye them interesting colours and attach them to straws or pipe cleaners, and these look like flower buds. YOu can affix the cotton balls in a circular fashion so that they look like flowers.

You can use leftover fabric. Cut it into petals and glue on cardboard templates.
