If you cut the edge of the sleeves into narrow strips all around the edges, making a fringe, you can put a bead on each strip and then tie a knot in the end to hold the bead in place. If your fringe strips are long enough, you can tie a knot above and below the bead, or add more than one bead per strip, with knots between each bead.
