Putting a Photo on a Ceramic Mug
Is there a way to affix a glossy photo to a ceramic coffee mug? I tried Mod Podge, but even after 12 hours, 1/2 the photo peeled off. Thanks for any suggestions!
Can I decoupage over a stained Corelle dinner plate? It is stained and scratched, but is it too slick/smooth to decoupage with my pictures?
Years ago there was a product you applied to the front of a thick item to decoupage, then when dried, you could wet and rub off the back, making the item plastic like and thinner to decoupage. Do you know if anything like this is still available? Thanks.
What is decoupage?
What is the water to glue ratio to make decoupage glue, and can I use this recipe on fabric to tin and plastic?
I will be decoupaging unfinished cabinet doors with a large poster. Should I prime and paint first, then glue on the poster or should I glue the poster on the bare wood first?

A birdbath made from two plastic buckets, bottoms screwed together and a plastic saucer from garden pot for the top. These can be painted or decoupaged and sprayed with clear spray paint.
I bought plain, plastic tissue holder covers at the Euro shop decoupaged them using paper and also fabric. I think they turned out quite nicely.
A friend will be celebrating her birthday soon and I wanted to give her a pair of earrings but in an interesting way. So I decoupaged a frame, added the velvety paper and glued on a large chunk of cork, stuck the earrings into it and wah la! I placed the glass and paper from the frame behind the velvet paper so my friend will be able to use the frame as a frame later on.
I buy packages of metal fridge magnet frames at the euro shop and decoupage them. I cut out matching pictures from magazines to put into the frames to make them fancier. These make wonderful little gifts. I have also sold these at Xmas and Easter bazaars.
