- 7 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
Sprinkle salt and celery seed over cucumbers, onions and pepper and mix. Mix vinegar and sugar together; add to vegetable mix and refrigerate. Will keep up to 2 weeks.
