Curtain Color Advice?

I have lilac walls and a cream quilt, and I'm going to put a cream bed skirt. I have brownish carpet and need to know what color curtains to buy. I purchased cream valances, but I have cream window blinds and I am thinking this might be too much cream. The trim is white. I also have two smaller windows, one at the head of the bed and the other at the end of the bed.
