What color curtains do I use for the walls in the kitchen and living room as they are a combination of two colors light peach and blue/green?

Light peach & blue/green are complimentary to each-other so I would go with just white and let the color of the walls stand out. To me, snow white would be more striking than ivory or off-white. A striped white would be nice as well (opaque + sheer)... from the info provided, this is my best imagination guess. :)
I would use a light cream, as it is a neutral color.
