You need to ask around to see what others are charging. In NY the fee is determined by the size of the home and number of bathrooms. My 3 bedroom, 2
Bath home would cost $100 to clean.

See what others in the areas charge. Years ago, in college, I did cleaning. If it was a hoarder house or very filthy, I added in a surcharge.

Every state and area would differ in house cleaning charges. You should research your area and see how much it'll cost also if you're licensed or not would also depend on charging cost.

Your question is a little unusual as you are only asking about the charge to clean bathrooms and baseboards. Do you mean this to do this in addition to regular house cleaning or is this for a business?

You should try to find out what cleaning service companies are charging in your area as every state, city, community, or neighborhood will be different. You may have to figure what they are charging by the hour and if you are not a "professional" then you will usually have to charge less.
Many factors come into play, such as - how often will you be doing this job - how dirty is the area - when (hours - day or night) will you have to work - so be sure to think about all of this before giving a quote.

There are several sites that may help you find some answers but you can put your zip code in Google and ask about cleaning charges in your area.

Maybe they can send in a photo and you can give them a quote? It would depend from house to house?

Do you receive any flyers to see how much other areas around you are charging?
