Easy Leftover Soup

Living frugal? Try making two meals for the price of one. I make the commonly known American Chop Suey. We have that for two nights, it's always best the second night. Then we still have leftovers.

Total Time: Very little, 20 minutes ??

Yield: 6-8-10

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. I take the leftovers, put them in a soup pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook all this together and let simmer until the onions, celery and green pepper are tender.
  2. Wha-La- Enjoy! You can top each bowl of soup with any shredded cheese!
