Easy Sauerkraut Casserole
- 1 lb. hamburger (at least 85%-15% is preferable)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 medium size can sauerkraut (14.5 ounces)
- 1 cup of uncooked small shell macaroni
Brown hamburger and onion together, add all other ingredients and bake in a covered casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serves 4-6.
I also add in a small container of sliced mushrooms, drained, because I like them! But this is optional.
