Egg Mc Muffins

Mix your scrambled eggs in a bowl then pour into your measuring cup, easier for pouring. Pour into muffin tins and bake in oven for about 10 minutes. Makes perfect shaped eggs to put on an English muffin. It is also faster, but do not overfill the muffin tins.

I have an egg poacher that I use to make my eggs for egg Mc NMuffins. Seems easier for me that way. But your is an good idea for a group.

Sounds really good ... and easy! Just need one bit of information. You say to bake for 10 minutes but neglected to mention temperature!
