Egg and Ham Casserole

This is great at breakfast or any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 6-7 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 lb. ham, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

In greased 9x13 pan, layer bread, ham and cheese.

Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Pour over ham mixture.

Melt margarine, pour over top, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake 1 hour, uncovered at 325 degrees F.
