My dad past away. I am his only son, but there was no will. He got SSD; do I get that or what happens?

Only if you are under the age of nineteen and/or graduated from high school. In certain cases if your disabled yourself and lived with him for his support, you may be eligible for your own benefits but receive money based on your father's record.
