Here are questions related to Ezekiel Bread Recipes.
Does anyone have a recipe for the Ezekiel Bread, like you buy at the Health Food Store? My husband is on a No Sugar, No Flour diet and this bread is very expensive to buy. I would appreciate any help from you. Thanks.

If he is allergic to wheat (which is what most people are) you can put together this recipe of flours that are used in equal parts as wheat flour. I have actually used this to make cookies with and they were better than wheat flour. However, my family is not allergic to sugar.
2c Rice flour,
2/3c Potato starch
1/3c Tapioca flour
pinch xanthum gum (for binding)
You can make your own rice flour if you have a grain mill. I have a whisper mill and recently realized I could make my own rice flour by running whole grain rice through it. The Potato Starch and Tapioca flour I purchased @ a local health food store. I hope this gives you more options.
