My daughter laid a piece of fabric on her American Girl doll's limb and it became stained by the fabric. We have tried Mr. Clean sponges, baking soda, WD40, hand sanitizer, hydrogen peroxide, toothpaste, all with zero results. We are desperate!

Already tried Magic Eraser so on to something better.
Here is a video on youtube that deals with this sort of stain but it calls for a product called Oxy Clean Spot Treatment for Acne and I had never heard of that so I found another site and she found a generic at Walmart called Equate Spot Treatment for acne that contained the same ingredients.

how about a dampened towel with dishwashing liquid? why not experiment on the fabric and not the doll?
