Ingredients:

• yolks of 2 hard boiled eggs
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 Tbsp orange juice
• 2 sticks unsalted butter

Steps:

1. Put everything in a medium sized bowl.
2. Beat well.
3. Place small mounds on plates.
4. Serve with hot muffins.
