We took a spur of the moment trip to Old Forge, New York over Columbus Day weekend when we heard their leaves were at peak color. We weren't disappointed even though the weather didn't cooperate and was a bit cloudy, but the color of the leaves were just as brilliant and beautiful. We enjoyed the view from the McCauley Mountain ski lift.
