Feta Avocado Spread

I love loading this on oat bread for a roast beef, cheddar, and clover sprout sandwich, and it's awesome on toasted French baguette slices as an appetizer too!

Ingredients:

4 oz. feta, crumbled
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 medium avocados, peeled, seeded, and diced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 lemon, juiced
salt, to taste

Directions:

Combine feta, olive oil, avocados, Tabasco, and lemon juice in a bowl, mash, and stir until well blended and season with salt to taste.
