Financial Assistance for Home Drain Pipe Repairs?

I am in need of someone that can help me with house leveling. I live in the San Antonio, Texas area. I have a broken drain main pipe and my house level is so low I can't do the work. I tried digging down as far as I can, but no luck. My husband told me to stop digging, but this is our home and we don't have the money to rent. His pay goes to bills and my pension on disabity is small. I can't do much with it. I don't want to give up. I just need some help or just someone that can help me find someone or some kind of program. Please help.

Have you made your church aware of your situation? Call DFS and see if they know of any programs. You may also see if any high schools or boy scouts have kids who need to do volunteer work.

(Some states require 40 hours of volunteer time to graduate from high school and boy scouts need projects to get their eagle award).
