Contact the company. They will replace it free of charge. I have a set of this cookwear and there is a lifetime warrenty on it. I have had several pans replaced.
If I have a good kettle and need a handle, I pick an old worn out one from a yard saleor goodwill store, DAV store, Salvation Army. Most have good handle still. I make sure they have a screw and my husband changes them for me. I have found and saved many good cookware this way. Most are interchangable and dont have to come from the exact same kettle.
