Finding the Source of a Foul Smell in House?

There is a foul odor in every room of my house that has worsened over the year and now causes the glands in my neck to swell and triggered a conjested sinus infection.

This sounds quite serious! You would do well to have a home inspector come and do a thorough investigation. You could have a hidden black mold or some other fungal problem from a water leak or something hiding somewhere and these usually do not smell good and do cause health problems. A home inspector is someone who's job is to go all those places that most of us won't/can't go(like crawl spaces, attic spaces, look down wall spaces, etc.) and knows what to look for.
