Fixing Kitchen Table Chair Legs?

Are there any thrifty solutions for my kitchen table chair legs that have become unlevel and rock? Must I spend the money for new rubber caps that fit at the bottom of each leg?

I would recommend getting new rubber tips. They are not that expensive. If need be start with the worse ones and get more each payday. After time, they will damage your floor if left damaged.

I would get those and then put felt dots on those so your floor doesnt scratch
