Fleas in My Starter Pots

As I was looking at my starter pots I noticed a flea jumped out, and now I'm kind of paranoid. I really want to get rid of them, but I have no idea how to do that in an organic way not effecting my plants.

I was thinking of covering it with plastic wrap to cause a green house effect while suffocating the fleas. Would that work or does anyone have any other suggestions?
