Float Ideas for Peanut Festival Parade?

The school where I teach is in the annual National Peanut Festival Parade and the theme for everyone is "Find Your Fun". Our float will be blue and gold (school colors) and a Knight (mascot) will be on it as well. Can you help on decorations for the theme?

Since peanuts are your theme, I would try to incorporate that theme in some way, maybe the knight throws actual peanuts at the audience. Maybe you make a giant PB * J sandwich with foam and fabric (brown and red) inside. Maybe you make or purchase giant peanuts, once again out of foam rubber.

You could make the knight sit on a giant PB & J bed or stool - make an actual bed or chair look like a sandwich.

Aside from the peanut theme, anything knight-like is cool - weapons, medieval decorations, a horse, armature, heraldic crests, etc

You could have someone else dressed up as an elephant and have the knight feed him peanuts.
