I love the sauce and the spinach in this recipe. It's very versatile in that you can use most any fish fillets you like.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • salt and pepper. to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen fish fillets
  • 1/2 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook spinach as label directs, drain and season with salt, pepper and butter. Spread on bottom of greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Arrange thawed fillets on spinach.

Mix sour cream and remaining ingredients. Spread over fillets. Bake 25-30 minutes in 375 degrees F oven, until fish flakes easily with fork and top turns a pretty golden color.
